Company Founded
Paragon Freight Management began trading in Horley, Surrey, focusing on UK-based full and part-load distribution.
1991
European Expansion
In 1995, Paragon Freight Management began its European expansion by recruiting multilingual graduates and launching services across mainland Europe.
1995
Acquisition of Citrack UK
Paragon acquired Glasgow-based Citrack UK, strengthening its role in produce distribution and exports and expanding operations across the UK and Europe.
1998
Horley office relocated to Reigate
Paragon Freight Management’s Horley office was relocated to Reigate, strengthening our presence in the South and enhancing access to key transport links.
2005
Purchase of building in Hamilton
Paragon Freight Management expanded its infrastructure with the purchase of a dedicated premises in Hamilton, reinforcing our long-term commitment to operations in Scotland.
2008
Head office relocated to Bracknell
In 2015, Paragon Freight Management relocated its head office to Bracknell while retaining the Hamilton office, supporting continued growth and maintaining a strong presence in both the South and Scotland.
2015
Customs Agency
In 2020, Paragon Freight Management expanded its services by establishing a dedicated customs agency, enhancing in-house expertise to manage import and export clearances more efficiently.
2019
Multi-Freight software upgrade
In April 2021, Paragon Freight Management transitioned from a bespoke system to Multi-Freight software, enhancing operational efficiency and preparing for the increased Brexit-related customs formalities.

AEO Certification
In 2022, Paragon Freight Management achieved Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) certification, recognising our commitment to secure, compliant, and efficient international trade practices.
2022
EcoVadis Certification
In November 2024, Paragon Freight Management was awarded EcoVadis certification, recognising our commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and corporate social responsibility.

Certified Carbon Neutral
Demonstrating a commitment to sustainability, Paragon Freight Management achieves Certified Carbon Neutral status, marking a major milestone in its environmental responsibility initiatives.

Trainee Freight Forwarder
We are looking for a Trainee Freight Forwarder to join our Bracknell or Hamilton team. As a “non-asset” based company, we move all freight via a network of tried and tested sub-contractors. The Trainee Freight Forwarder must be able to communicate and negotiate rates with these sub-contractors and have the ability to respond quickly to quote requests. We are looking for individuals who can build excellent relationships with our suppliers and exceed customers’ demands and expectations at all times.
The successful candidate must have:
Additional European language capabilities
Strong customer service skills
Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
